Nobody from our side will ask for your password, PIN or one-time code, whether in the app, by email or over the phone.

Session timeout

The app locks itself after a period of inactivity and asks for your fingerprint again, which matters on a shared handset.

Device sign-out

Lost your phone? Sign every device out from the account tab and set a new password to close the old sessions.

Battery

Updates

It runs on Android 8.0 and above with about 2 GB of RAM. Handsets still on Android 7, or with 1 GB of memory, are better served by the mobile browser, which carries the same lobby.

Yes. The iOS build installs through the store on iOS 14 and later, and it carries the same lobby, betslip and alert settings as the Android version.

Android flags any file that arrives outside its own store, which is normal for direct installs. Confirm the prompt and the package finishes; our builds are signed, so the file is checked before it runs.

Yes, and your betslip syncs between them. Start a selection on your phone during the day and it will be waiting when you open the desktop lobby at home.

Sign the lost device out from the account tab on another device, then change your password. The app also asks for fingerprint or face unlock again after a period of inactivity.
